A business bag.

My cousin Lap sent me a photo of the Khaki and Yellow suits before shipping them to Canada and I noticed this weird tyvek bag on the bench that had a 1.5L water bottle in it. 

He told me a woman at the market collected the materials from people around the neighbourhood and sewed them into little carry bags. 

I asked him to go back and buy a dozen bags, so that we too may carry our water.
